Davis Brown, a 76 attorney law firm with offices in Des Moines, West Des Moines, and Ames, seeks an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience.  The candidate should have experience in transactional work, including mergers, acquisitions, joint-ventures and securities.  

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience; client development funds; CLE funds; term group life insurance; health, dental, and vision insurance; flex accounts; long-term disability; moving allotment; parking; 401(k), and profit sharing provided.  

 

 

Excellent attention to detail, strong writing and analytical skills required.  Two years experience in transactional work.

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Bonus plan.
