President The Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State College System invites applications and nominations for the position of President of Chadron State College. The Board seeks a new President who will build on the decade of success of President Randy Rhine, who is retiring at the end of June 2023, and work with Chancellor Paul Turman and the Board of Trustees to advance the mission of the institution and strengthen its ability to serve its students, faculty, staff, alumni, community, and region.
