The Nebraska Commission on Public Advocacy (Commission), an agency of the State of Nebraska, is seeking candidates for the position of Chief Counsel. Such candidates shall have been licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska for at least five years prior to the effective date of the appointment and shall be experienced in the practice of criminal defense, including the defense of capital cases. Other desirable qualifications include experience in the business affairs and management of a law firm or public agency and working with legislative bodies.
