The Senior Human Resource Manager provides guidance and expertise in a wide variety of HR disciplines across the Americas region. The role oversees a team of two HR professionals and is responsible for Business Professionals recruitment, integration, employment, performance management, compensation, policies, compliance, employee relations and counselling and HR best practices. The role is highly visible in the Americas region and is a valued and effective business partner to both fee earners and Business Professionals management and employees. The role collaborates with other members of the global HR team in similar roles and also on special projects.
