The Cass County Attorney's Office is currently accepting applications for a full time Deputy County Attorney. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in and in good standing with the State of Nebraska. Responsibilities will vary depending on experience. A candidate may be assigned to serve in either the civil or criminal divisions or both. Emphasis is being placed on handling civil matters within the office, but maintaining a limited criminal caseload is also expected. We are located just south of the Omaha metro area across the Platte River. Deputies are not required to reside in Cass County. Military friendly.
