Siletskaya Immigration Law Firm, LLC is a mission-driven practice dedicated to protecting the most vulnerable. Led by a passionate founding attorney and supported by a team of six committed staff members, we focus on humanitarian immigration law—helping survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, serious crimes, abuse and neglect, as well as individuals seeking asylum or family-based relief before USCIS and Immigration Court.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious Associate Attorney who is eager to grow their career in immigration law and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families who have already suffered greatly.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in asylum, T visa, U visa, VAWA, SIJS, and family-based immigration matters before USCIS and EOIR.

• Conduct client interviews, draft declarations, and prepare supporting evidence.

• Draft legal briefs, motions, and filings in humanitarian and family-based cases.

• Appear at immigration hearings and USCIS interviews.

• Collaborate closely with support staff and the lead attorney in a collegial, supportive environment.

• Option to assist in family court proceedings and help develop our criminal defense practice, if interested.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (South Carolina preferred but not required).

• Strong interest in immigration and human rights law.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a client-centered approach to practice.

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required.
